Very disappointed for Zepeda vs Farmer. Horrible, backwards, and meaningless for Zepeda. Division is too stacked for these match ups at 135.

I hope Zurdo beats CBS, he's probably more willing to face the true king of the Cruiserweights Jai Opetaia next. I'd expect CBS to want 6-12 months rest before his next fight after facing Zurdo.Jai's been pretty quiet on interviews and social media, so I'd say he's quietly preparing for Massey. I'm expecting a spectacular showing from Opetaia in October.

Nothing says celebrating Latino fighters more than an event being held in Saudi Arabia. Yuck.

That's the whole point of Most Excellent and his commission from the House of Saud to sportswash boxing.
It's about making Saudi Arabia less radioactive to large chunks of western markets, in this case boxing fans.

Fighting Farmer is smart for Zepeda, Farmer likes to use his legs like Shakur and it's a good test to see how well Zepeda can adjust to movers.

Main 2 fights are good, competitive but it's underwhelming compared to the other Saudi cards, especially seeing there are no HW fights. A shame Zepeda needs another light-punching opponent before facing Shakur but it is what it is. Let's hope he finally gets in there with him after this.
