And Ryan will offer Haney a few bucks to cheat.

Look at the convict trying to protect William Zepeda and get Shakur off his trail. Garcia will never make 140 again, so proposing he fights Shakur there is beyond goofy.

he was a con man at times in the ring. A few su****ious "injuries" and phantom low blows. Now as a spokesman, he hasn't forgotten his con man ways. It's part of his personality, regardless of whether he paid his debt to society. The only way Ryan and Shakur could meet is somewhere over 140

I guess this means Zepeda is gonna duck Shakur again.

I won't argue your point as I must admit to being a biased fan of Hopkins. I admire his ability to not becoming a statistic, his talent in the ring and his mental strength to turning his life around.

I actually think there is a good chance of a fight like this happening. Both Ryan and Shakur are willing to fight other big names and keep calling them out. Shakur desperately wants big (make that huge) pay checks, so Ryan is a suitable dance partner given that Shakur is not that popular and can only make money one of two ways - either Turki over pays or he fights someone with a big name and a big following. Enter Ryan Garcia - marriage made in boxing heaven. Catch weight will not be a problem if Shakur is offered enough money. He believes in his skills and only cares about money. Like Haney, he will jump at the opportunity no matter what Ryan does.

yeah, I'm a big Hopkins fan from even before the Tito fight. Everything he says has to be taken with a grain of salt, tho lol. He's a company man, through and through.
