I actually think there is a good chance of a fight like this happening. Both Ryan and Shakur are willing to fight other big names and keep calling them out. Shakur desperately wants big (make that huge) pay checks, so Ryan is a suitable dance partner given that Shakur is not that popular and can only make money one of two ways - either Turki over pays or he fights someone with a big name and a big following. Enter Ryan Garcia - marriage made in boxing heaven. Catch weight will not be a problem if Shakur is offered enough money. He believes in his skills and only cares about money. Like Haney, he will jump at the opportunity no matter what Ryan does.LarryMerchant'sBottle likes this.
