How many days a week do u guys workout?

    How many days a week do u guys workout?

    I was on a 5 day program but it's getting to be too much and I'm having problems finding time everyday. I'm going to condense it to 3 days probably.
    Not sure how to split up the workouts, I was thinking about doing:
    Mon - Chest, Biceps & Triceps
    Weds - Back, Shoulders & Forearms
    Fri - Chest, Biceps & Triceps

    (I run 2 miles everyday & do able work everyday also)

    Anyone have any comments or ideas?

      0. I've fell off. Going back on Saturday. Its time for a change like ***** said.

        I don't see any leg workouts in your routine...Why? If you decide to, make sure you work them out at the beginning of the week to get your testoterone levels up and keep em' up. Do cardio the day after you do legs to get faster recovery, then add w.e is left.

          I do 5 days btw......Sun, Mon,Tues,Thurs, Fri

                I got a 350z.haha. Got it last week. My goal was to keep that for a while, trade it in and get the GT-R. Well thats ruined unless someone sells it quickly.

                  For weights
                  Day One-Push and pull for chest and back

                  Day 2-Legs(quads and hamstrings) and core

                  Day 3-Shoulders and explosive training

                  Then i have kickboxing and jiujitsu monday through friday.
                  For lifting i stick with all compound movements, little to none isolation.

                    So you do the weights in addition to the kickboxing and jiu jitsu, or are you able to get some of those weight exercises out of the way during the kickboxing and jiujitsu?
