I was on a 5 day program but it's getting to be too much and I'm having problems finding time everyday. I'm going to condense it to 3 days probably.
Not sure how to split up the workouts, I was thinking about doing:
Mon - Chest, Biceps & Triceps
Weds - Back, Shoulders & Forearms
Fri - Chest, Biceps & Triceps
(I run 2 miles everyday & do able work everyday also)
Anyone have any comments or ideas?
