I think that based on what I see not his resume. With resumes, everything that is proven as of now I have Usyk #1 by quite a way but if I am to watch them all box as far as skill, ability etc goes I think Boots is simply on another level to anybody in the sport right now.

I don't know.
I think he was all kinds of washed up when active (Ugas fight) and looked shot to bits in those exhibitions which was a good while after. Even vs a non boxer he looked so bad it was sad to see and that was a long time back now so for those reasons and his age it'd be impressive but...
