    Switzerland is truly beautiful.

Bathing in their fresh water lakes looking up and around at 360 snow topped mountain views was incredible. That's my pick for most beautiful country. Not Zurich, but cities like Lucerne, Grindelwald and Interlarken are almost spiritual to walk around in with their beautiful hills and lakes.

Lake Wanaka in New Zealand is one of the most peaceful places I've even been. Local population is only around 2k so it's super chilled there and you can look up at the lovely mountains where they filmed Lord of the Rings. Highly recommended and much cheaper than Switzerland.

Lake Cuomo in Italy was very nice but didn't imo match to either of the above. I personally preferred staying in Arona overlooking Lake Maggiore. Some People say Lake Cuomo is the most beautiful place in the world but after having been there I strongly disagree.

I love architecture as well and found Madrid really nice (I preferred it to Paris).

There are still so many places I need to visit.

One day I want to go to the Amazon rainforest in Brazil as well as check out some of the temples in Russia.

Honestly, I've seen beauty, virtually, everywhere I've been; but the land on which my home state resides speaks to my spirit and embraces me most. So, I found a little place with several miles from "civilization" in every direction, so I'd have an enjoyable ride no matter which way I go and I bought a house, which is our home. Nothing like living in paradise.

Where I live is the answer.

Veil of Rheidol in Wales I liked
          Ring of Kerry
          Dingle in Kerry, Ireland
          Anghor Wat, Cambodia
          Halong Bay, Vietnam
          Lake District, England

Sometimes I just like man made old things though

Love Rome, like York, Paris, Brugges.

          Give me a walled City.

My wife is always trying to make me go to New York. I have never been there and going there would be a massive waste of annual leave. I'm from London its just a bigger more obnoxious London. I never need to go there.

But I'd love to do some of the stereotypical stuff 70 year old Europeans do when they go to North America

            New Zealand without a doubt.

living on my motorbike travelling around the country was the most free i have ever felt. Shame the pay is crap otherwise i would move there in a heartbeat. best scenery on earth & most friendly people i have ever met.
