That fight would sell on PPV. Teofimo deserves better than $1.5 million.

While 1.5 million is low. The ego Teofimo and his farther have is out of this world. They probably want 10 million. I'm still waiting for that J-lo concert they bragged about.

Likely he was offered 1.5 up front, with a percentage of the PPV. No way Golden Boy offered him that amount in total.

He vastly overestimates his value. It was fun watching him beat Taylor. But he still sounds like a nutcase. No one knows him outside of boxing fans at all. And boxing fans are dwindling.

5 million sounds right seeming as Tank made 30 million vs Ryan

Too soon for Ryan. I feel like despite his flaws, he could beat some top guys IF they are lacking in power. But he is particularly vulnerable to a fast, powerful counter puncher, which Tank was an Teo is. He would be better facing somebody like Caterall or Ramirez, who are low reward but would be good learning fights or at least give him some extra time inbetween stoppage losses.

Well, he's not wrong, you know?

I think he made more from the Taylor fight and then shortly after on the broadcast blasted how little he was getting paid pointing out how much is little is left over after expenses.

                They could've offered him more.

Garcia is the draw, but Teo is entertaining both out of the ring and inside the ring...and has objectively speaking accomplished much more than Ryan has.

What's Ryan's best win? Luke Campbell...?

What's Teo's best win? Lomachenko when Loma was THE GUY.

Teo's two time lineal. I don't even think Garcia has ever won a strap (one of the main belts...not this silver, interim, NABO bullish**). Teofimo might be nutcase to some but that 1.5 million up front is still low regardless of the upside and considering how easy this fight would sell.

Maybe the low ball was just so Ryan could say he offered him the fight and claim hes ducking. Also one is golden boy and the other top rank so its very rare for them to work together anyways... that is almost DLH just ***ing with Arum again.

does teo still think hes undisputed at 140 lol

maybe he can convince italians and africans of this, good luck with that teo

teo wants a high guarantee while promoters like lower guarantees with ppv slices if it does well it seems, which makes perfect business sense actually, if u trust your promoter that is
