    Is this heavy bag good?

I am thinking of getting it due to its low price, I will be using it for the garden for the new house my family are moving to.

get offline and go to a ****s sporting goods or sports authority

buying bags online is FTL- shipping will kill you

I got my everlast bag for $100 on sale at sports authority. Prefilled and no shipping to worry about... I got a stand too (nothing to really hang the **** from around my house) ended up being $225 all together- not bad

              Not really,
You have to fill it with water and sand mixture and still it moves around and tips over. I used a friends which is a different model with a larger base and knocked the ****er around and over too many times disrupted my workout. I couldnt go as intense as I like to So I'd say if you have any type of punching power. Don't get that thing.

Free standing bags are fine if you have the proper amount of weight to hold it up. The one I use has sand in the bag and it also has weight supports on the bottom so it doesnt fall over.

I use that one though with added weight that cost more money so the one you use might be ****.
