    Does anyone here ever drink raw eggs???

    lol naw...if you want protein that bad you might as well eat 3 boiled eggs...raw eggs could really end up fcking you up

        still do, brother. "but" you gotta make a 4 to one ratio. Meaning out of 5 eggs (that's my serving) you gotta take the yolk out of 4 of them, and only have "egg whites" in your glass. Then you add en entire egg, yolk and all. It has lots of protein...it's the colesterol you gotta keep down.

                  Cooking destroys nutrients from the heat as the same goes with cooked vegetables. I suggest scratch eggs which are from free roaming chickens and have less of a salmonella chance. The odds of getting salmonella from eggs is still not very likely no matter how you eat em.
