    You know, you're right....But the thing is, this forum is just like any other resource, especially on the internet. There's a lot of good info here, and a lot of crap. You just have to decide if it's worth wading through all the crap to find some good information occasionally.

      It doesn't bother me to see people inquiring various elements of a fighter. But fighting is a skill that takes continuous repitition (practice) and quality tutalage/ guidence. Not only of a physical nature, but that of a mental one as well. It takes time and more work than most can imagine. I'v never done anything harder and I have also participated in several other sports. 4 hrs min per day was dedicated to boxing or training for. There are rest days yeah, what were the rest days used for?? fight tapes catching up on fitness articles and strength training publications. While boxing I didn't have time for this web site. not at all. I worked, I trained I faught I trained some more.
      Inquire with in yes. expect a good answer? well put fort the effort in the basics is all I will say
