Well guys looks like im going back to boxing again after about 6 months.... still no motivation but all i can do it try..... if i found motivation i think i could be really good. Just trying to cut out all the unhealthy foods and drinks now... with Xmas and my 18th coming up though could be hard.... still love boxing and looking forward to starting training again. Any words of advice on keeping the motivation up?

I think the best way to get motivation is try to do as many sessions as possible and try to get some fights soon.
Also train hard outside of the gym the worst thing is people i see week in week out come to the gym so ill prepared they give it up.

Find an idol, visualise a goal, then go and achieve it.
I put my body through more mental and physical torture than 95% of the guys I walk down the street with, i'm willing to bet money on that, and the reason was and is because I like to prove my supremacy.
