we need more info... like how much do you weigh right now and how much do you need to get to... (it's 168 or something right?) and also how much time you have before you need to get there. Do a ton of running before the fight (im assuming) and if you're still above weight you can a cut a limited amount of water weight, id suggest not cutting more than 5lbs though because this aint the pros the weigh ins are in the morning and thats not enough time to safely rehydrate more than 5 pounds throughout the day. Personally I wouldn't want to even dehydrate 5 pounds.

my advice is this.
if you weigh over 250, dont even bother, unless you have superhuman discipline. it isnt ****ing easy. gotta run your ass off in the morning and night, and find a way to train in the middle of the day somehow. pushups at work, whatever, and boxing training at night before your run.
it's a *****,bro. i got down to like 225, but just couldn't handle eating raw tomatoes and carrots with fat free ranch and cabbage and all that other ****ing horse food,**** that.
