I'm trying this stuff for the first time, as I bought some today. The directions were to mix 100g of the powder into 1 pint of water, which I did. It's obviously too much to have in one serving so does anyone have any idea how much I should drink when I get back in from my run tonight?

If it is Isolate with digestive enzymes you can absorb between 50 and 60 grams....depending on your body weight you may only require 40grams.....I weigh 242 and take 60 grams after each session.....

I'm 15, 6ft and weigh about 147lbs. It is a ''Protein and Complex Carbohydrate Growth Energy Drink'' that contains whey protein and is low fat.
Sorry if these questions make me sound unexperienced but I want to get as much knowledge as I can so I do things the right way.

dose it coem with a scoop?
just use the scoop, do 1 scoop or 1 and a half,
what it says on the instructions should be right? why is it too much? you have to mix it remember, it can also be a very lumpy and thick drink aswell.....
its up to you how much you use, just put soem in the bottom of a big glass, so its a couple of centimeters high,
just basicaly a few scoops in a glass after your workout
