Hi guys and girls, quick question..
About 2 weeks ago i injured my ankle playing football (soccer for the Americans
) and havent been able to train for those 2 weeks..anyway i got back in the gym yesterday, i thought i would do a 'light' work out to get my body back into things and on my way out a weighed myself as i usually do, i d put on 6lb's in those 2 weeks (i have to admit i did let the eating slip a little as well)...
i always have been able to put on weight quite easily, i think its probably because i use to be FAT, weighted 18st (252lbs), before i got my act together a few yrs back now, i m about 180lbs when fighting fit
Anyway i wasnt to bothered about this 6lb gain as like i said i put weight on easily. I ve been in the gym tonight and did my usual workout and weighed myself on the way out and i d lost 4lb's since yesterday!!!
Now my question is is that normal? I used the same scales, there pretty decent ones as well...anyone else done this? or explain it??
i think its really strange to lose 4lb's overnight, i wish i could do that everyday lol
Oh sorry, didnt turn out to be too quick did it...
