Whey isolate is good, but not really worth the extra $$ IMO.

So long as you are getting a pure whey 30g dose + 5g L-glutamine 10-15 mins after workout I think the benefits are more then substantial.

As for those who say just eat properly for your after intense workout needs, well, you can try...but not only will you most likely be lacking what your body needs, it'll cost you more $$ trying to get it from food then it will cost in supplements.

Creatine I think is **** for a boxer trying to fight lean and mean. If ya want to bulk and gain then maybe. It's more of a get big n purdy fast pill.

you can also eat all natural things and achieve things that supplements give you.

Chia seeds with water help with ? look it up.

(Colostrum) Breast milk look it up.

Exotic wild berrys and fruits such as Acai Mangosteen choke berry currant goji etc. look em up.

              barley flax seeds garlic etc.

lastly if you consume fast foods chips sodas candys etc your only hindering your own efforts whatever they may be reguardless of amount or quantity.

all of these things have if not all but most of the essential things for training without all of the pills and powders people consume everyday. I wont lie I have whey protein but never use it because of the non essential fats they have and the expense then runs out short of a month every time.
