you look comfortable which is good. and you look normal which is also good in boxing terms. meaning you look good with your technique.like a normal boxer

Tuck your chin in, extend your arms properly and bring them back to your chin properly and quickly...

What the above poster said... it seems you are extending your straight hand, but your jab is stopping half way. Also nice fast hands in shadow boxing, how long you been boxing for?

You look pretty good, remember that the 'floor to ceiling balls' are not a punch bag, in the sense that you cannot practice your real technique on it so don't worry if you're chin isn't tucked in perfectly or your shots don't properly extend and so on because the ball is designed to swing in a rapid and confusing manner, that ball is about hand-eye co-ordination and speed, not about general technique. They're buggers to use but you're doing pretty well on it. Progressively speed it up, they get even more fun when they're actually coming at you like a shot, no word of a lie I took one of those on the jaw once, I think I right hooked it and it swung to the left and then smacked me on the way back and it made me smile because it was like I was in a ****ing fight with this thing and if you hit it hard, it hits you hard back haha.

Only advice is put some better music on! Haha

just my own advice, u don't have to have your chin tucked like u are in a fight while u practice all the time. unless, u want to have hunched upper back and like not having blood drain from your head. tucking the chin creates a lock that slows down blood circulation between head and body.
