I do not know how to explain this right. The top chains that constitute the top part of the bag fall out when ever I hit the bag hard. It is hard to explain really

I believe you but this thread just struck me as funny. How can an inanimate object that's only function is to get punched, not work? It just sounds hilarious. You know?

I have an Everlast heavybag and don't have problems with it but I'm not a boxer. I just have it to punch when I want a work out or to relieve some stress.

So the chains fall off the S hook or off the bag?
