    Swimming ideas

    Rained out here today, and since I've decided the treadmill is a waste of time (too easy) I'm going swimming laps today

    Now I'm fit, but haven't really swam in a while so it will probably **** me up, so how many laps of a 25 or 50m pool should I look at doing to get a good workout, and at what intensity.

    Note that I'll be doing freestyle and breaststroke, seeing as they are the two strokes I am best at.
