    How much Skipping/Cardio should I be doing?

    Is 3 rounds of 100 skips enough skipping to be doing. I measure lenght in skips.

    How much cardio should be done in order to burn calories/fat I eat 2000 calories daily so would I need to burn more than 2000 I believe, so approximately how many skips would that be, and for running how many kilometers, a mile is 1.8 km i believe.

    Thank you, I wasnt sure about this subject.

    just run 3-5 miles everyday b4 you eat breakfast

      There is no certain amount of skips or miles to do to lose a pound or certain calories. It depends on your metabolism, what you ate, diet, everyday activity, etc.

        NJFighter is right. THere is no set amount. Everyone's fitness level is different.

          all that aside, how many skips would be adequate in three sets if I am attempting to build a strong endurance?

            As much as you can handle. I don't count my skips but if you are, try to beat the amount everday. Because a certain amount is gonna be different on all variables.

              3x100 skips is nothin skip by time try 15mins for a week the enxt week put it up 20, the enxt put it up to 30 and keep it there and just rpactice goin harder for the duration
