you forgot the "catching the chicken" part of training. we all did it as ammateurs...
I found that I was able to catch the chicken much easier when my stomach was growling. I got Exige out there chasing it one time and he was a quick little guy. The only problem with the training was that when he caught the chicken his instincts over came him and he began choking it.
my advice is get off your ass and do it because if you dont physically do it you will NEVER learn and what you think you are doin right could turn out to be a complete balls up so get out there and actually experience it mate
You mean you can't learn to box by reading about it on the Internet? That registering an account on a boxing forum doesn't automatically make you tougher than Tyson, more fit than Jack Lalanne, and able to kick BOTH Steven Segal and Walker Texas Ranger's ass in a heartbeat? You have to actually get out of your chair, put down the Cheetos and the 2-liter bottle of Pepsi, and DO something?
