Bike thefts in japan on the rise too.
If you leave your bike in some places someone will steal it and you can retire it from the police easily. -
I noticed they didn't say teens were doing this in Texas. In Texas you can shoot car thieves. I wish every state had that law. Your livelihood can depend on your transportation. These punks wouldn't be doing this if they could be shot and killed for it.
