My Oppenheimer review

[Silence]

Pros

- Solid and intense script of Oppenheimer's life between 1942 and his old age.
- There is no useless dialogue despite there are too much dialogue.
- Good criticism on United States. Just like Einstein said, they first congratulate you, offer you dreams, and then slander you. They then shake hands as if nothing had happened.
- Very good appearance of Trinity test. Realistic burst and shockwaves "without CGI".
- Good soundtracks.

Cons

- Too long. It could end in 2.5 hours instead of 3 hours.
- Useless IMAX propaganda. It's only needed in the Trinity test.
- Too shallow touch on Oppenheimer's youth and zero touch on his childhood. We expected fully biography movie.
- Didn't like the blue theme of Strauss' scenes. It made me sleepy.

Overall 8,5/10. Solid movie.

Oppenheimer had ***in natural drug in his body. I liked the spiritual scenes. They were like Kubrick scenes.

It gave me 2001: A Space Odyssey vibes.

Kubrick would have even done a better job, IMO. Having said that the directing was good. As was the casting, the actors, and the film making. The score was not up to Kurbic standards tough. And Stanley for sure would have dove in the main character's affinity form the Hindu texts, his relationship with women, the communism angle, and his fascination for the desert which irony has it, at is center closely resembles a nuclear blast. But such details are not in the film. This could have been a masterpiece! Instead it was only very good.

Germany gave up at the right time. If this was 1945 in the summer, the ****'s would have been nuked too. And by the brainchild of a *** and the project to develop it by a ***. The ***s were part of the population along with Gypsies, Gays, Lesbians, Dwarf's and others which the **** were trying to prevent from living. The holocaust.

That's new type of movie for Nolan. For example, both Dunkirk and Oppenheimer are historical movies but one of them has rarely dialogue and other has lots of dialogue. It's pretty good for a first experience.

I think Kubrick is GOAT. Nolan is in top 5 conversation.
