I saw something a few months back where this guy either wrote a book or was in an interview and basically admitted to being in the car.

Trying to read on it it sounded like he wasn’t the shooter but was either the driver or an accomplice in the car. Apparently the guy who most think pulled the trigger was already killed years ago. **** this guy too. Can’t believe it took this long.

I remember seeing something on probably VH1 in the early 2000s about the investigation. One detective said he had all this damning evidence of the car and who was the shooter but they refused to do anything about it so he resigned over it.

I factored in his nonstop party life style and a couple more prison stints. That kind of life ages a man in a blink of an eye. The photo's accurate.
