Of course if you take all of Marsoc vs all of delta force Marsoc wins based on numbers alone .I don't think that is what the op meant , he is asking who is the cream of the crop IMHO that is Delta force .When any special units are assigned a mission they send a team . Team for Team , training for training , mission capability , Delta force is the most elite unit America has that is why their numbers are so low .

Theyre usually recruited from green berets and rangers which themselves are elite units

Green berets and rangers have to do infantry training and paratrooper training as well as other training just to be green berets and rangers.
