Is it a resurgence? The last 7 or so years have been exciting at Heavyweight.

Came here to say this. The resurgence started in the mid 2010s and the catalysts for that resurgence are still around and basically still the biggest stars in the division. Even Usyk has been at HW for almost 5 years now. If anything things are winding down now as most of the top names are getting old.
