Cruz was clearly out boxed. Pressure is not enough. It must be effective aggression. Good win for Valenzuela.

Nash did not realise that running and ineffective slaps were a scoring criteria and had it 120-108 Pitbull. Nash out

Wow! That was an entertaining fight! Cruz did well. Great win for Valenzuela and congratulations to him on winning the WBA Super Lightweight Title!

lol Rayo is a huge Mayweather fan

I’d overhear him chant hard work, dedication while I was skipping rope in the gym

he used an Americanized style last night and won

cong**** to him the best boxer ever to come from his region of the US

Cruz should've concentrated more to the body.

I didn't realize walking forward into slaps with the occasional hard shot mixed in was effective aggression or ring generalship

Cruz delivered a subtle masterclass in technical boxing that was so far ahead of its time, other people could not see it, but in 20 years or so time, this will go down as the single greatest boxing performance in history. Nash has a trained eye for this kind of thing. Nash out

This Dazn staff was so biased. They rarely noted anything Cruz did but praised everything Valenuzuela did. I actually thought Cruz won. Valenzuela did some nice counter punching and foot work but Cruz constantly pressed the action and landed the more telling blows.

I do think Cruz won. It was a close fight. Excellent foot work and counter punching by Valenzuela but I thought Cruz effective aggression and landing the harder punches in every round did it for me. I’m not saying robbery or anything like that but this is just my opinion.
