I think Toney should just come out swingin and never give Couture a chance to get started. The longer the fight goes the less chance Toney has so he needs to try to KO him quick.

toney needs to work the most on checking kicks...couture doesnt throw many but against a boxer he my just employ the basic kick the leg off strategy. couture wont try to jump in and take down immediately, for fear of getting caught. chuck put him out with a shot so toney can as well. as long as toney can check the kicks and counter with a punch i say he has a more than great chance of beating an aging mma legend randy couture.

I dont think so. He needs to wait for Couture to come running into a punch. If Toney goes chasing or swinging he's moving into takedown territory especially if he misses with one of those punches.

Best to counter what ever move Couture decides to make IMO.
