I'm hoping Rios comes to fight. It could be a good one for a few rounds. In the end Manny is just too fast for rios. Rios can take a good punch but the speed will make the difference in this one.

I think you people got this whole thing backwards. I think Arum is trying to make Rios a superstar and hoping Pacquiao's chin is cracked. Or simply paid him off.
