    pointless fight ...

I'd love for froch to end his career with a big chavez fight in vegas (I'm confident froch would win that) ... followed by a big GGG fight maybe in london. But it looks like we'll have a worn out kessler followed by degale in Nottingham or something which is a bit meh compared to what it could be.

Hearn trying to force the DeGale fight, it seems.

Kessler III and then a possible big money fight in Vegas seems like a good finale.

No problem with Froch-Kessler III. You know its going to be a war, cba watching DeGale running around & stinking out the place.

I see Froch v DeGale going ahead, I suspect the Kessler fight is being used as a bargaining chip just as Chavez was for Groves II.

I have no doubt Froch wanted the Chavez fight before Groves II.

He craves a big Vegas fight, and so he should. He deserves it.

The third fight with Kessler holds no intrigue whatsoever. Carl won the last fight by a few rounds and, since then, Kessler hasn't even stepped through the ropes - the fight was 16 months ago, which, considering his age, is a helluva long lay-off. So where's the demand? Froch will likely get home advantage once more, and is the reigning two-belt champion (although he may have to vacate the IBF if he snubs Chunky) meaning Kessler would have to CLEARLY beat him or KO him to win, both of which seem HUGELY unlikely. No demand, no interest, no chance I'll buy the PPV: sorry, Fast Car.

DeGale, at least, could pose Froch some problems. Personally I'm disappointed Froch isn't getting his Vegas swansong with Chavez, and puppet-master Eddie doesn't see enough "commercial value" (Zzzzzzzz) in the Golovkin fight, but really, is a needless, undemanded third fight with Mikkel really worth anyone's time at this point? If nothing else, Kessler hasn't deserved it as he's been sitting on his ass since June 2013. Come fight night he'll have been out of the ring for 20 goddamn months.

he stops kessler this time around, IMO.

Why are so many against Kessler 3? It's going to be a good fight and they are 1-1 with each other.

I would much rather that than DeGeale

It's a pointless fight. Froch won the last fight quite clearly and Kessler has done nothing since.

                      Yawn.

I hope the Kessler fight doesn't get made. What a damp squib that would be after all the talk of Vegas.
