It's hard to see why someone who likes the the sport, would hate on Pacquiao. He's done nothing but good for boxing.

Apart from a number of JMM and Mayweather fans, i don't think that theres many boxing fans that dislike Pacquiao.

After a person, and one of his favorite fighters, is continuously trolled and insulted by another fighter's fan base, it doesn't seem impossible that there might be a growing resentment against the fighter himself. I agree with you that it's lame, but I think that's part of it.

Manny was supposed to fight Floyd right after Cotto. Clottey was ranked and just "lost" to Cotto. Wasn't Manny's fault he shelled all night.
