I have no hate for Pacquiao. I love boxing and he's a legend of the sport, with all he's achieved and the performances he's given.

I pity people that live vicariously through one boxer or another, especially when it leads them to hate on other greats of the sport they profess to love. It's even worse when that weird allegiance leads them to hate on people they never met and repeatedly spout ignorance and prejudice. I can't imagine being so dissatisfied with your life that you need to do that to feel better about yourself. Sad......

Cleaning the ranks of the division? I thought that was Pac fighting Cotto, Clottey, and Margarito. But your right he didn't fight the great Andre Berto so that doesn't count.
All three of those fighters would wipe the floor with those young hungry lions.

And Negroid you say Clottey and Margarita was young lions? Clottey got whipped by Cotto and came off a LOSS before fighting Pac. How does losing to him earn you a fight with Pac you biased dummy? I give Pac credit for Cotto although he wasnt no prime hungry liond.

But Margarita was a washed up bumazz fighter and Pac shouldve faced Mosley or Berto over Clottey and Margarita.

People like YOU are the reason why I hated Pac. He got worshipped for doing absolutely nothing for the sport, except putting meaningless fights on ppv.

They asked Roach could Pac fight Margarita(in his prime) and he said not unless he looks bad against Shane. Shane beat his butt, then Shane started begging Pac for a fight.

They drained Shane to 140, and STILL wouldnt fight him. So they opted to fight Clottey(why Clottey??) As Floyd took on Shane, and got NO credit. Then Pac goes and fights Margarita(the guy who got destroyed by Shane), then Later on fought Shane. Calling Berto a "small ppv draw" thats the excuse they gave for ducking Berto.

You say berto is a bum right? So why didnt they just fight him?

And you say Im biased, look at the stuff you typed. I NEVER hated Pac for nothing. I hated him for not fighting any real opponents while people like you praise him for making a mockery of the sport. You say you gave Floyd credit for fighting Nelo? Nelo is the same as all of Floyd's opponents! He was #1 in the division and in his prime. He's no different from Marcos, Ortiz, Ghost.

Only time Pac fights a young primed opponent is when its Bradley someone who is not even in the division, little guy with no power. Bradley was the same as Algeri, Rios, Margarita, Clottey, JMM, everyone in his whole resume.

They just get some guy from top rank and make the fight. NONE of his opponents are truly making noise in ANY division. They just get them and make a fight. People like you are making the problem worse!

As far as his choice of opponents go...just because Floyd beats someone, it doesnt make them unworthy of Pac.
Pac and Floyd have completely different styles. I thought Mosley could hurt Pac, as Pac often gets hit clean with big shots, and Mosley showed against Marg he can still really punch.
Against Floyd, i thought his hand speed could be a factor.

And Pac - Marg. It was a incredible fight. The display of aggression, pressure, toughness and stamina was unbelievable. Pac was under pressure againt a much bigger opponents for every second of that fight. And Pac is an attacking fighter. So the match up was very exciting regardless of Marg being hammered by Mosley in the past.
