I don't like the way K2 has built him so far and maybe their hiding a weakness of his but The time is now for him to step up he isn't getting any younger

I never expected these managerial problems to take away almost 2-years of Ward's career. He would have cleaned out the division by now.
Originally posted by just the facts View PostYou're probably right, but Lara would still be far and away the best fighter GGG has ever fought. I guess it's alright with you & Barcham if GGG does nothing with his career but slap the crap out of one no hoper after another, but I would seriously be interested in seeing if his vast tools are really good enough to beat an A list opponent

What managerial problems? The problems Ward had were Ward's ego problems. He brought all his problems upon himself.
Once again... how about naming some of these 'A list' opponents for him to fight. We are getting tired of waiting. And make them actual people available for him to fight. Lara is neither an A list middleweight nor is he available to fight on HBO. So be realistic with your choices.

The current lineal middleweight champion is doing everything possible to avoid fighting GGG. That is the only real opponent who matters right now. Cotto has been available and has had nothing stopping him from signing other than his own lack of a spine. All other names are secondary as long as Cotto remains champion.
