It clearly states, everywhere, that he told them he did it. Then he applied 17 days later for permission, something that's supposed to be done prior to using it. You're either purposefully ignoring reality or too ****** to understand it.

Dude it stated saline solution and vitamins are allowed but only to a certain extent because its known that they can be used as masking agents. Floyd took over 14 times the allowed amount. That's not fishy to you?

My question would be y he would report it to usda knowing its was well above the legal limit. He must of got caught at home or something cause i wouldnt be reporting it to no1. He slipped up big time

EXACTLY. If not for a random drug test at his home Floyd doesn't disclose. The time table reeks of corruption. USADA was paid off by Haymon and USADA told the Floyd camp only way to make this go away is to try and do this retroactive paperwork 3 weeks after the fight to try and save face with Nevada. USADA on their own damn website in bold state what Floyd did is prohibited. So how the hell did he "tell you ahead of time" but you kept all this info to yourself? And even if you by that horse crap why did you approve it? When you have no power to approve this in the first place and it was illegal. USADA thinks people are ****** with these lies that make no sense.

There is 2 stories here 1. Floyd got busted taking a illegal IV that likely was to hide his PED use. 2. USADA just got exposed for corruption and being paid off by Haymon.

Something is amiss here, 50ml is like 1.67 total ounces. A bag of I.V. at a hospital is 1000ml total. I'm not accusing or anything but calling this treatment for dehydration is just ******, a bottle of pedialyte would've done him more good over a 24 hour period of time than a one time 50ml drip. I guess until they release more details all we can do is guess the purpose of it because right now it makes little to no sense at all.

how is that when usada is saying he told them of it before he took it. i mean are we honestly going to assume usada is going to risk everything for mayweather i mean honestly?
