        At least get the facts straight. They demanded nothing. They said 164 if Ward wanted a 50/50 split.

                    Actually it is'nt. Its called a negotiation tactic. A starting point if you will. A demand implies that there is no leeway. In order for it to be a demand you would need to prove that the 164, 50/50 offer was non negotiable.
