Brook has faced Jo Jo Dan, Kevin Bizier and Frankie Gavin

People are just being optimistic because he is facing a C level boxer in Vargas

Its like youve been ****ing ugly fat birds, and then you nail a skinny ugly bird

While both our ugly, the skinny bird is a step up from the fat bird.

Brook has lowered the bar so much that our expectations are low

If Khan fought Vargas (which was suggested on here last year), there would be a lot of criticism - and there was

Maybe it was the first Jones fight. And then I got to see him fight Porter in person and I came away thinking he isn't that fast for a WW. VERY physically strong, sturdy as hell, accurate...but maybe slower than people realize.

I see Vargas as one of the more seasoned young fighters out there so I think it will be more than a showcase - but again I could be underestimating Brook. LEt's see it
Regarding Carson Jones; Cunningham put Fury on his arse, Rahman sparked Lewis and Sanders wiped out Klitschko anything is possible. Vargas has a punchers chance but I don't think their skill set compares.

Brook is a big welter to add and because he's been like toilet roll and wiping out bums (I use that word rarely) his stock has fallen & rightly so. What he can do in the ring shouldn't be underestimated.

Hm odds are supposedly going to be 4 or 5 to 1 on Brook. I think it might be a tougher fight for Brook than most are guessing. Vargas' style is not tailor made for Brook like Porter's.

Vargas is a huge step up from what Brook has been facing and there is nothing to suggest that Brook would have an easy fight let alone KO him in 3.

Im a Brook fan but keep things in perspective .
Semi-shot because since Provodnikov had him on ***** street he hasn't been the same since. I think Bradley would lose at this moment in time to Brook.

If he struggled with a semi shot Tim Bradely, how will he beat Kell Brook, who is much bigger, younger, fresher and hits harder?

I really hope Vargas can do something, but i think it will be over within 3 rounds
He wobbled the sht out of TB and smoked Ali... Brook in trouble.

Ali has a glass chin and never faced a legit boxer in his entire life

and Tim is semi-shot after that war with Ruslan, he's not been the same since, even though he soundly outboxed Vargas

Face it Vargas is not a puncher, he'd have much more than 11 KO's if he was.

Brooks chin would have to be like Ali's for him to get knocked out.

Brook 4-1 or 5-1??? I'll bet Vargas easily with those odds.

Not really a fan of Brook's clownish style but this should be a good fight. Hopefully more punches are thrown than clinches.

How does Ali have a glass chin??? I've never seen him go down before. And Bradley beat JMM? And would be a tough out to ANY 147lber? And I wouldn't talk sht about someone's resume when the best fighter Brook beat was an MD with Porter... And has fought shty fighters his entire career.
