And I remember quite a few peeps around here getting on Mayweather for using "Crooked" USADA instead of VADA for random testing.

Something doesn't add up. How do you get busted on a test just before the fight but not tests leading up to it? It's like he juiced the day before the fight - but that wouldn't do anything for him except maybe help him cut a bit.

The Duhaupas KO seems to confirm what people have been saying though - boxing's decline is directly matched to the cleanup of the sport. Put them on the juice, you see those brutal KO's from the 80's. No juice, better get used to Kovalev/Ward level bouts for the future.

Might as well let them both do it at this point.

Have you seen how USADA worked in the UFC? Brock Lesnar didn't pop until after the fight although it was because of a drug test that happened weeks before the fight. The results just hadn't come in yet


Another fighter on that same card was pulled off like 2 days before the fight.

obviously what ever he was using stays in the system for such a short period time it doesnt matter who tests him he prob just got super unlucky and they showed up literally right after he took it

You're a Povetkin fan. You've followed him for years. You love the guy.

The bottom line is, this is called VOLUNTARY Anti Doping Agency for a reason. He ACCEPTED the terms of VADA testing.

Why would a person accept terms of VADA when juicing? It doesn't make sense.

Thus there are only two logical answers: VADA is incompetent (some of their testing that should have busted him a long time ago, didn't) or corrupt (they purposely withheld failed tests until the last minute).

i was under the impression he was being forced by the wbc as stipulation from his last **** that happened
