Gamboa could have been a star, but he listened to Mayweather and his TMT goons, abandoned Top Rank and his chance to become a star, got sued and shelved for a year, then got stuck with 50 cents ****ty promotional company, and now, after years have passed his career is still going nowhere and he already looks finished. Such a waste of talent.

Mayweather ruined this guy's chance to become a star and capitalize on his talent. Maybe the diva did it on purpose out of selfishness.

Seriously top rank has been accused of destroying fighters. But look at the guys who stayed like Loma Crawford and Pacquiao. They are now on the upper echelon of boxing. And the guys who left top rank for others like once gets shelved up for a year or two.

Are we talking about that walking punching bag Brandon Rios?? That dude puts fear into nobody these days. Abril exposed him years ago he only matches up well with other sluggers and those days are about gone too. Good boxing is his poison. I do agree though Gamboa passed up a big payday as well as an easy night for sure.

You knwo the saying a coward dies a 1000's death, once you punk out you will never be the same internally and that is what happened to Gamboa! Bitched out and never can get that G back inside him that used to fuel em cause he knew he bitched out!

At the end of the night Gamboa has no one to blame but himself for his foolish decisions. Wasted his prime making foolish decisions.

What a waste of talent Gamboa has been. He once was one of my favorite than started to **** around with his career than started to fight boring fights vs guys he should beat easily. Thats sad. Oh well he wont be the last one to **** up...
