Spence being able to hit Floyd and give him a black eye illustrates how talented he is. Think about it- a guy with his shallow resume can do that but champions like Manny, Hatton, Canelo, Corrales, and others couldn't even touch him.

Tells me that Spence might be really special.

If its true (and I have never doubted this story or the Broner one) g we need to give him a little credit given his age at the time. yes its sparring so we don't go overboard.

Yeah he confirmed it, he didn't straight up say I knocked him out. When posed with the question, he said I caught him with a good shot and they had to stop it.
