    I didnt know Commey declined??? I thought the IBF let the fight happen but the winner had to fight an IBF mandatory next?? Kind of same situation as Vanes/GGG. Either then or next....

                  they do stick to their own rules. this mandatory was there before easter-garcia. glad theyre enfrcing it.
