And how easier it is to pick up on stuff because you are in better condition. Jumping rope is really good too. Learn to jump rope really fast for 30 seconds then normal then 30 seconds and repeat, this will help you in sparring by getting better conditioned.

I made one of these last year, also using a tennis ball. I then just attached a sparring glove to the ball to make it more challenging. Made it faster, too.
Another idea is something called the string of pearls. Basically a rope secured to the ceiling, run through the centers of 3 tennis balls(one around your chin height, one at your solar plexus, and one at your knees). The rope should have plenty of slack on the ground, so you can anchor it down(a 5 lb weight should do). The more slack in the rope, the more the balls will travel when you hit them. The challenge is obviously to hit the balls while they're moving, and to defend from whatever head or body shots the tennis balls throw back at you. The third ball just adds to the action and movement of the entire string, but is actuallly there to practice leg kicks.
I actually enjoy this more than the double-end bag. It's cheap, but fun, and it works. Give it a try! (i'll post pics if you want)

You look pretty good - good technique and everything but it is just shadowboxing. I would at least have to see you on the bag to make even a fair judgement. You do look pretty decent though...your style does not seem suited for the amateurs. A skilled stylist who can throw a nice 1-2-3 jab-cross-uppercut combo would probably beat you if he had some legs on him. But anyways, props for putting yourself out there.
