Leaving Heavy Bags out in the rain...

Its raining out there at the moment, and my heavy bag is handing off a freestanding stand which I can't put under shelter because its too tall for it.

I just recently bought the 4 feet bag, and was wondering if its ok to leave it out in the rain?
