    A Little Help??

    Ok guys im 15 years old and im about 5'6 5'7 i weight 173-177 in that range Ive been working out for about 6-7 Months I do 300-400 Push'ups a day and weight's not that much weights though Now My biceps and Foreman/Chest are really hard Rock Solid but ive been wondering how come I haven't gotten my cuts? Im a little cut on my arms and my chest already has that line in the middle from the pushups what should I do? to get my cuts? Question after im done doing weights and 400 pushups im still not tired should I do more? The weights I use are 25,20,30s Ive also tried working out my back and have results and I bet I hold the record here 300 pushups 12 mins So any tips?? Later

    How many push-ups per day did Ali, Frazier, De La Hoya, Roy Jones, Pacquiao, or dozens of other great fighters do a day? What's the point of doing so many push-ups?

      Well it's not like im trying to become a boxer and the reason I do so many push'ups is because their easy. Question should I take protein shakes i have some in my house but i never use it should I try to eat more healthy thanks in advance..
