    i go out like every weekend is that a bad thing or does it really not matter

    depends on what you do when you go out. If you just go to a party and kick back its cool, if you go to a party and drink, snort ******* and have gay HIV *** in the back of a Camaro then you need to knock that **** off. As long as you train hard one day of food and maybe drinks shouldnt matter.

      i cant really do none of that considering im only 14 but i mess wit some girls and stay out real late would that affect me

          train hard, go out on weekends and enjoy yourself but just stay away from booze, drugs and knife fights its fine.

          and also, no *** before a fight

            theres nothing wrong with having a couple nice dark beers on a friday night with your friends...

            however drinking 17 natural ices and spending saturday afternoon ****ting your ass out probably isnt very conduscive to being a good boxer

              remember - one pint of budweiser = 220 calories
              - one Jack Daniels and diet coke = 57 calories.

              Not just J.D either, any spirit- whether whiskey, vodka, gin etc...

                nah, if you dont do drugs,alcohol,tobaco etc your fine.

                get enough sleep (even if it means sleping to mid day) and train as useall

                    I find a night out running amuck, drinking them ****ing is damm great fun but it puts my training behind like 2 days or so. It's fine now and then cos i'm just a recreational athlete but if you were a pro or aspiring pro , i would say only very very rarely.
