      DONT TAKE FAT LOSS PILLS!

Put in the hard work and you will appreciate it more.

      Start of February I was 90Kg (198.4lb)
      as of today I am 77Kg (169lb)

      Total loss of 13kg (29lb)

I didn't go on any special diet, all I did was cut out junk food, started eating more healthy. Hi-Fiber breakfast like WheatBix. Tuna sandwich for lunch, and munched on some apples through the day. Dinner is chicken or red meat grilled and Veggies. I also cut my meal sizes down by half.

With that I run 2km every day, some days more If I can squeeze it out. plus some weight training and learning to box it's all worked.
I probably lost more than the 29lb but with the weight training and boxing I have gained some muscle.

I feel so proud of what I have done and enjoy every minute I am at the gym.
      Hope this helps

The pills are for fat people who dont want to get off of their fat asses and get some physical work in. The drug companys make billions by getting these fat people to believe that they can get skinny without any work or effort. Plain and simple, those people will remain fat and lazy. All they need is alittle motivation and hard work, just as you do.

Think aswell about your bodys frame, will you be strong at 140 or will you be good.

I always found when draining weight away that I would end up weak after the weigh-ins during the fight. In the pros you have generally 24 hours to rejuice your body, in the amatuers you may have an hour or two.

            Indeed

Diet Pills are useless, especially for an athletle. Interval training is where it's at. PunchDrunk may stop by and hit you up with some good advice for that.

Put on a sweat suit and just run for miles and miles every day. Dont expect to have much energy by the end of the week but if you do this for a while and then stop doing it your going to be surprised at how much energy you have during the day.

I wouldn't recommend sweat suits either. Nearly all the weight you lose isn't actually biomass anyways. You MAY expend A LITTLE more energy since your body is heating up more, but that's it.

i'm gunna get a sweat suit for when i need to drop a few pounds to be spot on the weight for fighting in October. Other than that, its useless as a permenant solution to losing weight.

Its just a way to exsponge water from your system in the short term.

Diet pills dont do **** but give you an elevated heart rate and anxiety. Get on some sneakers and start running doing interval sprints and from their on eat better, it will happen
