going to the gym was fun today. the regular trainer wasn't there. i was able to get a good work out in and i am amazed at myself day in and day out. today it seemed like all the bags in the gym lost weight or something. i was ripping ***ing bags all over the place with jabs and straight crosses. i can punch the 100 pound bag and make it swing all the way in the air if i wanted to lol. i no longer wonder if i have power.
