    Triceps

    Has anybody got any good tips or good exercises for building up triceps?? They seem to be taking me the longest to build up or get a good shape on. I've been doing dips, french presses and various other things but was wondering if anybody has certain exercises they like or that have helped them.

    well there's a real good bodyweight exercise, idk what it's called but I'll try to explain:

    sit on your ass with your legs out like you're gonna stretch your hamstring, but have your back up against a bed. put your hands on the edge of the bed behind you and push up

      Yeah they're tricep dips. Im doing them already. Thanks though.

        Diamond push ups are supposed to be really good for your triceps

                  Yeah so, put about 50 or more pounds on a cable pulley, stand with your back straight and grab the bar, then pull the bar down a bunch of times until you can't do that anymore. Then add some more weight two days later.

                  You aren't going to build your triceps doing body weight excersises. Don't listen to that ****ing nonsense.

                    By changing hand placement you can easily target and get gains on your tris.
