First of all I am Kingdosia. Been round this site for a min started in the t&n threads when I was still boxing. I stopped posting in these threads because of the plague that infested it. Ignorance. Every post you see is how can I get more power. Weights good or bad. Stonger this. Power that. An occaisional equipment question. All of this is followed by complete bull**** from people who asked the same question a few days before and couldn't get a decent answer. Everybody wants to be the next k.O sensation. Mow em all down. I imagine a boxing world that looks like MMA with big haymakers being tossed all over the place. When I think of this plague.
What I'm sick of is the loss of the sense of detail and importance of form and the developent of skill. Take Winky Wright, Not a KO guy and he admits it. Stating that this is boxing not Knockouts. I see a lot of you kids posting and I wish you could / would grasp this concept.
Work on your skills. Put constructive sparring (not gym wars) shadow boxing and the speed bags above whaling the heavy bag to see if you can move it more than the next guy. Focus on nutrition with a healthy diet. There is no secret we've known the right way to eat for ions. Stop looking for the magic shake or pill. Work your entire body in a manner that is effective for a boxer. For gods sake read, There are loads of effective training techniques out there. Do some research. And see through yesteryears myths and bull **** logic.
Thank you for listening.
