    weights and boxing on different days?

    is it best to alternate weights and boxing on differenet days?
    at the moment i do weights..compound lifts on mon,wed,fri..
    box tues,thur.and saturday conditioning drills..

    sounds allright, i would 2 days of wieghts, 3boxing anf 2 running.

    ore you splitt your weight routine more, what is it by the way?
