Whats the deal with this? You get up early and go straight out? Or do you wait for half an hour until your fully awake? Do you eat anything before you go out> Do you eat before you get a shwoer when you get back? Do u take a cold shwoer?

I need all the facts lol. I want to go tomorow!

People do it differently, and you have to find what works for you, but I would suggest not eating before you go out. It’s a nice way to get a cramp. But if you absolutely must eat have some non-fat yogurt. Easy on the stomach and will give you some quick energy.
