bball is the best dude i love runnin ball in the summertime outside its the best. ball def helps for boxing. i played junior varsity basketball in high school and my boxing trainer said my footwork has been constantly improving week by week. helps with lateral movement and explosive foot speed.

          good call!

I like hockey for the core strength.

Everytime you go out, and you kill yourself, you feel accomplished.

Invest in a good sized mirror set it up in your garage and use it for shadow boxing its good to be able to see yourself and u can see wether your bringing your hands back, if your hooks are wide, if your chins tucked. Have all the proper mechanics written in the corner read them, then while shadow boxing make sure your going by them. Shawdow boxing is so important especialy at the begining because when you first start your not very fluid and when you do it alot it helps it seem more natural
