This is one I saw over at rossboxing.com:

All you need is a standard deck of cards. First shuffle it up really nice, and take the first card off the top of the deck. If the card is black, do an amount of burpees equal to that card's face value (Aces=11; King,Queen,Jack=10). Now, if the card is red, do that many pushups according to the aforementioned rules. Repeat ad nauseum. Try and get through the entire deck as fast as you can. I love this workout because it's different every time.

that sounds like fun. but a concept like that is not new at all.

everytime i open the fridge, i execute either a wild cat posture(xingyi) or a snake posture(from bagua) - these are basically postures where you butt is a few inches from the ground. really works your legs and general balance.

every time i walk to the fridge, i do a certain stepping exercise.

so, i incorporate exercises that are related to techniques such as throws in daily activities. i just make sure i don't do these in an obvious manner in public to have people staring at me.

it is best to do exercises that are closer to your sport or fighting system. besides thing like this, i dedicate a few hours a week to weightifting and cardio types of exercise.

Yep that is a good one, bloody annoying when you get like 5 cards of burpees in a row though haha.

I like the deck of cards thing too. But I like the aces to be 15 just so its 100 reps per suit. Black=Burpees Red=1+2's w/weights is my favorite. The magic 50 from rossboxing is great. 5 snatches each arm, 5 db swings each arm, 10 burpees rest and repeat 5 times. It should take you about 10-15 mins to do it and the same time to recover lol. Basically ne thing from rossboxing is fun, different and tough.

This is one of mine. 10 burpees 5 squats sprint all out across a baseball field (100-150meters) drop and do 5 clapping push-ups, jog or walk back (try to jog) and repeat immediately. The jog or walk back is essentially your rest. Repeat 5 or more times. My lungs seriously burn doing this one, its tough as hell.
